Christine Flippo Obituary

Graniteville, SC-Funeral Services for Mrs. Christine Renee Flippo, 58, who entered into rest March 7, 2026, will be conducted Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock from True North Church. Pastor Steve Davis officiating. Interment will follow in Pineview Memorial Park.

Tina was a native of Moline, Illinois, having made North Augusta her home for over 40 years. She was a member of True North Church and was devoted to her family. Tina enjoyed spending time with family, taking photos, Dolly Parton, family trips, and attending church. Perhaps her most treasured moments were spending time with her grandchildren. Tina was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Flippo and her brother Bobby Melvin Flippo.

Survivors include three children, Christopher (Courtney) Shaw, North Augusta, SC, Courtney (Chad) Mims, Edgefield, SC, and Macie Shaw, Graniteville, SC; her father and wife, Bobby (Beckie) Flippo, North Augusta, SC; a sister, Andrea Flippo Bennett, North Augusta, SC; a brother, Brandon Flippo, Augusta, GA; eight grandchildren, Declan, Easton, Carter, Beckett, Wyatt, Brynlee, Allie and Waylon, several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Wyatt Mims, Chad Mims, Michael Shaw, Jeff Wright, Logan Tudor and Dalton Bennett.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 5 until 7.

In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to True North Church at www.truenorthchurch.com. Her request was to wear color to her celebration of life. If you must wear black, please add some color with it.
