I miss GG. I loved when she laughed at herself. She was such a fine, impeccably mannered woman. My favorite memory of her was when she took care of me when I was sick with chest congestion at 7 years old. She was self-less

Just learned of the passing of Mrs. Thornley! Miss GiGi as I new her was wonderful woman and great neighbor. She always had a smile on her face and I enjoyed talking to her on her way to the mailbox. My condolences to the Thornley family.

Reading about your mother's death brought back many great memories about your mother, your father, and your family from the old Channel 5 days. Of course your father was unique. No matter his condition, he always ended up being the number one salesperson for Channel 5. Your mother was an unbelievable stalwart in her unwavering support for your father. I always remember her as being a really smart, beautiful woman - and that's the way I remember her now. The picture in her obituary reminds me of the movie star Maureen O'Hara. No offense to other family members, but I also remember how much Martha looked like her mother. I hope that all of you are doing well. I am terribly sorry that I will not be able to make it to the graveside service. However, if any of you ever would like to reestablish contact, I hope that you will reach out to me.
