AIKEN - Jeffrey Mark Bollibon, 68, passed away on January 1, 2022. He was born February 23, 1953 In Pittsburgh, PA.
He is survived by his parents, George and Lillian Bollibon of Murrysville, PA, brothers Jim Bollibon and his wife Lorie of Export, PA, George (Chip) and his wife Nancy of Chapin, SC, and sister Lori Frey and husband John of Murrysville, PA. As well as several nieces, great-nieces, a nephew and great-nephews.
Jeff spent his entire career with Westinghouse and its subsidiary companies retiring from the Savannah River Site. He was a lifelong bachelor, a transplant from PA and an avid outdoorsman. He loved hunting deer, turkey, and waterfowl. His passion for hunting made countless happy memories with his family and friends, especially his buddies at Cypress Bay Hunting Club. Hilton Head Island was his most treasured vacation destination and he loved being on the warm beaches with sand between his toes. Sea Pines and The Salty Dog will always be a special place.
The family would like to extend their gratitude to Dr. Aaron Flanders, Dr. Mark Ezekiel and his staff for their efforts and support as he battled cancer. To his wonderful friends and neighbors thank you for your love and acts of kindness shown to Jeffrey and to his family throughout his journey.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 - 3:30 PM on Thursday, January 6, 2022 at Shellhouse-Rivers Funeral Home. A prayer service will be held at 3:30 PM. He will go home to rest in PA and the family will have a service and burial in Murrysville, PA.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
Jeff loved the saying "every time a bell rings an angel gets his wings", Jeff got his wings - Godspeed.
