He was born in Flint, Michigan, a son of Beverly Oderkirk Frank and the late Johnny R. Bolton.
He was a retired police officer from the Charlotte Police Department.
Funeral Services will be at 1:00 PM, Monday, March 16, 2026, at McMillan-Small Funeral Home with Chaplain Kristina Franklin officiating.
Burial will follow at Ocean Woods Memorial Cemetery.
A COMPLETE OBITUARY WILL FOLLOW WHEN COMPLETED BY HIS FAMILY
