With profound sorrow and unwavering faith, we announce that God has called our beloved Dephon Marquez Grissett home on March 2, 2026. He was born October 8,1994, in Conway, South Carolina. Dephon's life, although brief, was filled with love, purpose, and meaning. Dephon was a devoted son, father, brother, and friend, whose warmth, generosity, and kindness touched everyone who knew him. He had a passion for fishing, loved driving trucks, enjoyed hanging out with loved ones, and cherished going on vacations, finding joy in the simple pleasures of life and the freedom of the open road. Dephon's dream was always to own his own truck and become his own operator one day, a goal that reflected his ambition and determination. Dephon was the son of Sandi Grissett and Emery (Lynn) Jackson. And Sandi (Finance) Jamie Meadows. He leaves two beloved children: Nala and Koven Grissett, who were the center of his world and his greatest joy; 6 sisters: Santaisa Grissett, Emerick Jackson, Shileana Jackson, KaTrina Jackson, Brittney Jackson, and Christoria Bellamy; one brother TraTavious Grissett, loving grandmothers: Gwendolyn Grissett and Lorrain Jackson; grandfather, Jackie Jackson, aunts and uncles: Edward(Tezra) Grissett Alicia(Nelson Edge) Willie Joe(Terrie) Dewitt, Johnny(Mary Kat) Grissett, Johnniemae(Edison) Grate, Ethel Washington, Elizabeth Dewitt, Sandra Wells, Janice Days. and Mary Dewitt; 1 aunt, preceded in death. Linda Dewitt Remy A host of aunts, uncles, sorrowing relatives and friends.

The Viewing will be held Saturday, March 14,2026 at Latimer's Funeral Home 2-6PM.

The Funeral will be held Sunday, March 15,2026 at Mt Zion MBC 3551 Grissett rd. Hells Neck Area Conway, SC.

Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery.
