Wayne McCoy Obituary
A native of Greenville County, South Carolina, son of the late David Richard McCoy, Sr., and Frances Earline Farmer McCoy, he was a retired employee of Honeywell and a member of Northwood Baptist Church where he loved playing the drums in the praise band.
Surviving are his wife, Pam Coker McCoy of the home; a daughter, Ashley McCoy of the home; a special nephew, Ryan McCoy; and a special niece, Carly Messer.
He was predeceased by a brother, David Richard McCoy, Jr.
Funeral services will be held 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at The Wood Mortuary conducted by Rev. Malcolm Lance. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be held 2:00-3:45 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at The Wood Mortuary.
The family is at the home.
Memorials may be made to Northwood Baptist Church Children's Ministry, 888 Ansel School Road, Greer, South Carolina 29651.
