Our loss is God's gain. This man exemplified goodness and leadership in everything he did. His smiling face will be missed so much. Carlo's ability to create smiles and laughter were unique.

Shirley, our hearts are heavy and we wish you comfort and our deepest sympathy as you endure this loss. You were his beacon of hope and joy. Blessings to your family and friends in Georgetown, Oklahoma and Texas.

Carlos &I worked many projects together at IP construction. I'm glad I got to talk to him on the phone the week before he passed. He will be missed but he wouldn't come back to this world even if he could. we will see him again on the other side. God Bless his entire family.
