William Joseph Pelloni "Bill" SUMMERVILLE - William Joseph (Bill) Pelloni, 61, of Summerville, the husband of Cerilda Anne Pelloni died Monday, May 3, 2010, at his home with his family by his side. Born July 7, 1948, in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Margaret Pelloni and the late Anthony John Pelloni. Bill was a veteran of the US Navy and retired from Malphrus Construction in North Charleston. He enjoyed fishing and being outdoors. His greatest pleasure was spending time with his grandchildren. Bill was a member of the American Legion Post 166, Goose Creek; St. John Masonic Lodge # 349, Moncks Corner and the Sons of Italy, Ellwood City, PA. He is survived by his mother Margaret of Ellwood City, PA; his wife Anne; three sons: William (Billy) J. Pelloni, II and his wife Lisa of Hanahan; Steven Edward Pelloni of Goose Creek and Troy Anthony Pelloni and his wife Lateisha of Ladson; four brothers, John Pelloni, Richard Pelloni, Anthony Pelloni and Stanley Haddock; three sisters, Candace Curtis, Cathy Rizor and Cheryl Geras; three grandchildren, Anthony, Lauren and Zachary Pelloni all of Hanahan and the mother of his three children Colleen Pelloni of Goose Creek. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m., with military honors being rendered at 6:00 p.m., on Thursday, May 6, 2010, at MCALISTER-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, GOOSE CREEK CHAPEL, 869 St. James Avenue, Goose Creek. A memorial mass will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, May 7, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 510 St. James Avenue, Goose Creek.
