William Myrick Obituary

So sorry to hear about Bill I was unaware of his passing just heard about it march 2017 I was one of his family babysitter my sympathy goes out to the family In God we Trust.

So sorry to here of Mr. Bill's passing. He was such a happy person & it was an honor to have known him. You are all in my thoughts & prayers.

My sympathy to the Myrick family for their loss. I knew Bill through work and always enjoyed his sales calls to the hospital. He was always smiling, cheerful, and had a positive attitude. It was evident from his comments he loved his family and I know you all will miss him. My thoughts will be with you and I hope you all find peace.

Our sincere sympathies to the Myrick family. We just met Bill & Linda a few months back but we will certainly miss Bill's stories & contagious laughter. He was clearly a sweet soul with a friendly word & warm smile for everyone he met.

Very sorry to here of Bills passing. I can remember when I met Bill at our National sales meeting with Bard. He had this infectious laughter that welcomed you in to his realm and kept you suspended. Bill was one of the good guys! My condolences to the family.

My deepest sympathy to the Myrick Family. Bill was one of a kind. I worked with him for over 20 years at Bard as his Sales Administrator. When I saw his name display on my phone I knew he would bring joy to my day. We would always talk family first, then business. He will always be in my heart. Linda, Bill and Rebecca take comfort in knowing he was a wonderful man and touched so many lives.

I was truly shocked when I heard Bill had died. I saw Bill a couple of months ago on Ladys Island. He was a genuinely nice man and even though I did not see him often I will miss him. He was always ready with a smile when we saw each other.

Bill always had a big smile on his face, and was a great story teller.

He was one of my biggest supporters, someone I would seek out for advice and counsel.

I am truly saddened to hear this news. I can hear his laugh today! I don't think Bill ever met a person he didn't like. I had no contact after my years with Bard but he is certainly an individual that I will remember with great fondness & respect.

Bill represented what we all aspire to be as Citadel alumni. He was a true patriot, a loyal friend, a leader in citizenship, a man of God. Simply put, Bill was larger than life. We will miss him. I can imagine that somewhere up in heaven there are a bunch of angels gathered around him laughing their halos off!

I was saddened to hear of Bill's passing. We worked together as fellow Sales Reps at Bard Urology for many years. I always looked forward to seeing him at our meetings. One could always count on Bill to have clear thoughts regarding our many trails of the moment and he was always a joy to chat with. May your take comfort in the wonderful man he was and your many treasured memories.

I had the pleasure of knowing Bill after he finished the Citadel and was dating my next door neighbor in St. Matthews. He was always the life of the party who loved life. His friendly disposition and kindness will always be remembered. I ran into Bill later in life in Greenwood when I was working with the State Dept. of Education. He was so excited when he was telling me about his wife and children. I am sure Bill is making God laugh in heaven with his sense of humor and his jokes.

I knew Bill from my years at CR Bard. He came on board a year or so after I did. I immediately liked him. What a great story teller and talent. He was one of the "Good Guys" in this world. My most sincere condolences to his family. He will be missed by all who knew him.

My deepest sympathy. Truly, what a shock to open today's paper and read this news. Bill had a dynamic, fun personality even back in grade school. One of my most endearing memories of him: We were in Mrs. Chambers' Fourth Grade class together and occasionally on a Friday afternoon she would let Bill, Mike Davis, and few of the other guys go up front and sing a Beatles' song. And they were good! I'm sure Bill must have been the organizer behind the group! I've been away from the Allendale area since going to college, so my memories of Bill go way back to those early years. He was that extra bit of sunshine that every class needs to have! I always enjoyed talking to Bill every time he would call the office to talk to his sister, Jane-Ashley. Bill was always very sweet and nice every time he called the office. After he would call, he would realize the time and knew that his sister wouldn't be in the office so early in the morning. We would always joke around about that and make fun of her about how she is hardly every in the office. He was such a great guy to talk to on the phone all these years. I am going to really miss those talks!

Bill was a special man. He was truly loved by everyone who knew him. He had a gift for telling stories and kept everyone laughing and entertained. Condolences to his family and all of us who had the honor of calling him friend.

Bill and I started with CR Bard about the same time so we worked together for many years. He was ALWAYS a pleasure to work with. He will be greatly missed by all. My thoughts and prayers are with the Myrick family.

What a shock to learn of Bills sudden passing. He was such a wonderful husband, father and friend. No one loved life more than Bill. So sorry to hear of your loss. I'm the grandson of Ida Bryan All who lived on Water Street. The Warrens (Bill & Baker) lived between your the Myrick's and my "Granny". When we would come to visit her in Allendale, we would often come and play with the Myrick's, jumping on the trampoline or playing hide & seek around the yard. Great memories. From what I read, Bill has left a great legacy, a man of great honor and service. Praying for his wife, children, and extended family.

I am so sorry for your loss. I remember him as one of the neatest dads watching him with Rebecca and William. Take care.

Words don't do this fine man justice. Words were a lot of fun for Bill but his quality as a man and his love of life spoke much louder. They broke the mold when he was made and he will be missed by so many classmates and family. Go Dogs!!
