Willette Smith MT. PLEASANT - Willette Gault Smith, 74, of Mt. Pleasant, wife of Wilbur E. Smith, passed away September 1, 2013. Born in Rock Hill, SC, she was the daughter of the late Harper and Ellen Murray Gault. She graduated with a Bachelor Degree from Coker College and retired from MUSC as a marketing coordinator. She is survived by her husband, Wilbur E. Smith; five children, Steven Smith of Wilmington, DE, Susan Joy Romeo and husband Ernest of Boonton, NJ, Winter Frennier and husband Andrew of Mt. Juliet, TN, Amanda Wood and husband Scott of Bluffton, SC and Weston Smith of Rock Hill, SC; and her sister, Ann Gettys of Asheville, NC. A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 7, 2013 at 12PM at MCALISTER-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, MT. PLEASANT CHAPEL.
