Timothy Powell Obituary

Timothy R. Powell GOOSE CREEK - Timothy Ray Powell, 49, of Goose Creek, SC, entered into eternal rest Sunday, June 24, 2012. Born May 21, 1963 in Carter County, TN; he was the son of Roy C. Powell and Peggy Jean Baker Powell. Timothy was a graduate of Goose Creek High School and worked as a paint and body specialist at Jones Ford for 22 years. He was a true car enthusiast with a lifetime passion for working on muscle and drag cars. Mr. Powell is survived by his parents, Roy & Peggy Powell; brother, Richard Powell and his wife Joy; sister, Patti Powell all of Goose Creek, SC; several very special aunts and uncles. He was anxiously awaiting the arrival of his nephew, John Wayne. The memorial service will be held at J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road, Wednesday, June 27, 2012 at 8:00 pm. The family will receive friends in Stuhr's Northwoods Chapel Wednesday between 6:30 and 8:00 pm.
