My condolences to Mr. Carr's family. I just want to say what a fine man he was. Many years back in the CNSY as head of the 134 division, he was so kind and fully invested in his people. He was a great manager and advocate.

I send my condolence to the family. How can I give thanks for all the things Mr. Carr have done for me? Because of Mr. Carr, my career as a chemist would not have been so eventful. Thank you Sir for hiring me and being the example, mentor, father and friend.

To the Carr Family. I am saddened by the loss of Dr. Carr. I truly respected his life and accomplishments, but most of all his love of his family and their friends. When I would visit he always talked of his family. However as a friend of his family he readily gave me advice and encouragement. He projected unbridled honor with a heart of compassion. . He will forever be missed.

With love and remembrance. May there be comfort in knowing that someone so special will never be forgotten with the mark you made on so many Omega Men in their life. God Bless the Carr Family.

To a mentor, father figure and respected fraternity brother. You left a mark on the lives of so many young men in Charleston and beyond. Your legacy will live on. My prayers go out to the Carr family. We love you!

Unforgettable--- the love and kindness that Babe showed me with his gracious gift of unending hospitality that has spawn over many decades. Babe might have left home but the love and laughter he spread with his precious wife (Rose) is forever embedded in my heart. Babe went the extra mile to make all young people feel at home and welcomed in the Carr household where generosity was never spared as well as wisdom for life. I am so thankful to have entered into the great legacy he and his lovely Rose created for their family and for those who knew and rubbed shoulders with their precious lives. I thank God for he and Rose. May you live in the precious memories of this man who is a monument to Black Fatherhood and high achievement.
