Thaddeus Simmons, Jr. Johns Island - The relatives and friends of Mr. Thaddeus Simmons, Jr. are invited to attend his Celebration of Life Service 11:00 AM, Saturday, June 12, 2021 at Central RMUE Church, 117 President Street, Charleston, SC. Interment with Military Honors - Sunset Memorial Gardens, 2915 Ashley Phosphate Road, North Charleston, SC. A public viewing will be held Friday, June 11, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the mortuary. Mr. Simmons leaves to cherish his memories: a loving and devoted fiance;, Gail White; three children, Bridgette Williams (Calvin), Keisha Scott, and Omar "Scope" Gentile; two devoted step-children, Francis Lamar Bailey (Marisol) and Persephone "Neicy" Bailey; grandchildren, Blair and Bryce Williams, Kamryne Bryant, Christopher, Jamie, Franis, Zachery, Devonte, Taylor and Darrien Bailey, Brandon and De'Shawn Bailey, Omar, Jr. and Shyheim; three sisters, Hattie Murray, Gloria Simmons, and Mattie White; a brother, Irvin Davis (Myra); mother-in-law, Mildred S. Chapman; and a host of sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, and friends. Due to COVID-19 protocols, everyone is required to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.
