Stephen Sager Obituary

Stephen B. Sager, Jr. JOHNS ISLAND - Stephen B. Sager, Jr. died on February 16, 2022 at his home on Johns Island. Stephen was survived by his parents, Stephen & Lynne Sager, his brothers, Kurt (wife, Dana) Sager, Eric (wife ,Moira) Sager, and his sister, Melissa Sager Dillon. He was a caring and devoted uncle to his 4 nephews, Dylan, Drew, Kayden, & Garrett and his niece, Sydney. Stephen had a large and loving family, including his grandmother, Shirley, his aunts and uncles, Denise, Tommy, Michele, Peter, Anne, Chip, & Lisa, and dozens of cousins who will all miss him deeply. Those family members who passed before him (wife, Tiffany, mother-in-law, Connie, grandfather, Guy Lamarche, grandparents, Harold & Audrey Sager and his aunt, Sharon Sager) will all welcome him peacefully in heaven and soothe the pain caused by his loss. Stephen was born and raised in Weymouth, Massachusetts and relocated to Charleston, SC in 2002, where he met his wife, Tiffany, and he lived just down the road from his parents. He made countless friends in Charleston, where he worked in the Food & Beverage industry. Stephen was a caring, selfless person, extremely giving of his time and talents; he was loved by all who met him and knew him. He enjoyed playing guitar and was a very passionate animal enthusiast. He could often be found at the dog park with his beloved Pappy, who survived him, and is thriving in the loving care of Nana & Papa. Stephen's interment will be held in Massachusetts, where most of his family still resides. In lieu of flowers, please send donations, in the name of Stephen B. Sager, Jr., to the Charleston Animal Society, 2455 Remount Rd., North Charleston, SC 29406. Visit our guestbook at legacy.com/obituaries/charleston
