Stella Mae Blackwell JOHNSON CITY, TN - Stella Mae Blackwell, age 90, of Johnson City, died Friday, April 22, 2011, in Johnson City. A Savannah, GA native, she was raised in Charleston, SC, and relocated to Tennessee in 1995. She was preceded in death by: her parents, her husband, Richard M. Blackwell, and six brothers and sisters. Survivors include: two sons, Richard M. Blackwell, Johnson City, Gregory Bruce Blackwell, Papillion, NE; one sister; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Committal services are scheduled for 4:00 PM Wednesday in the Old St. Andrews Parish Church Cemetery, Charleston. Please meet at the cemetery for those services.
