Shumain Deloris Singleton (1980-2019), was an associate of science achiever at Denmark Technical College (DTC), North Charleston, South Carolina. During her amazing career, she worked as a customer service representative (SCANA Corporation), a customer service & sales representative (Comcast), and served as a supervisor for the NCO Group.
Shumain, a very talented songwriter, vocalist, producer and manager of various hip-hop groups, was also a creative literary musician of traditional music and rap songs. Both she and her cousin, Atlanta-based rapper Lejit, Chase Singleton, were inducted into the Family Journal, USA & Overseas Sarah McLean Literary Hall of Fame 2022.
