Sharon Geragi Obituary

Sharon D. Geragi GOOSE CREEK - Sharon D. Geragi, 58, of Goose Creek, passed away July 3, 2014. Born in Washington, DC, she is the daughter of Zona Lusk Blizzard and the late Roy Akers and wife to Joe Geragi, Jr. Sharon worked in the medical field for many years. She enjoyed canning and working in her garden. She is survived by her husband of twenty four years, Joe Geragi, Jr.; three sons, Chris Farley and wife Celeste of Goose Creek, Cole Geragi of North Charleston and Joe Geragi, III and wife Michele of California; mother, Zona Blizzard of Goose Creek; two grandchildren, Josephine Farley and Nicholas Geragi; two brothers, Terry Akers of Ghent, WV and Kevin Akers of Hollywood, MD; two sisters, Janet Akers of Hollywood, MD and Karen Akers Svoboda of Piney Point, MD. Sharon was predeceased by her father and brother, Edwin Akers. A celebration of her life will be held Tuesday, July 8, 2014 from 5:00 until 7:00 pm in MCALISTER-SMITH FUNERAL HOME, GOOSE CREEK CHAPEL.
