To Kelly Tucker and her family on the loss of her father. I send you love and prayers of strength in this time of sadness. Just know your Dad sounded like he was a remarkable man, and you are blessed to have had him as your father. Remember those special times with happiness and joy. You are in my prayers.

Condolences to the Tucker family, our family friends for many years. Scott (as were all his brothers...did not know Bruce) was a wonderful person and a great reflection of his parents. While our paths crossed intermittently in latter years, I (we) always had the utmost respect for all the Tuckers. Memories of times in our youth are warm and fun to reflect of those Citadel days!
Much love to all,
Barbara Stutler and The Stutler Family

Scott was the epitome of a true gentleman. As a student leader at Bishop England and a respected businessman, Scott was first and foremost a truly good human being. You'll be missed at our next reunion but there will always be a special place at the head of the table for you. RIP, dear Scott.

I was introduced to Scott when I came to Charleston in 1992. He had worked at Liberty Bank and I came to work here with Southern National Bank which bought Liberty. Later, Scott remained a friend and source of business opportunities throughout my banking career. He was always an upbeat and positive professional acquaintance while sharing Citadel experiences and Charleston area fellowship. May God Bless the entire Tucker Family.
With my sincere sympathy,

Scott and I were friends during our cadet days. Bonded by the fact that we were Army Brats and our families served together. He was a good man and friend >

Scott will continue to watch over his family, friends and Citadel mates from a good place. He was a true gentleman and gave much to his Alma Mater and the values it represents. I thank him for his mentor ship and leadership as cadets and friendship over the years. He readily helped all who asked.
May God bless this Citadel man.

I first met Scott our knob year in 1966 and we instantly bonded, even though he was in K Company and I was in T Company. But that is what I saw with Scott; in a school and institution where you were naturally herded into different companies, Scott knew and befriended everyone. He, like our close friend Jack West, was truly our Everyman, and Scott always represented our class and The Citadel with class and love. I dont know how he did it, but Scott was always there for everyone. I shall miss him dearly and think of him often. And the next time I get home, I will drop down to Beaufort to visit Him. My deepest condolences and prayers to his lovely daughters and grandchildren, and all of his family and friends.

Scott will be missed greatly. While in L Company at The Citadel I spent a lot of time with my friends next to us in K Company and Scott was one of them. I admired Scott...he was special, had a calm approach to any situation and you could sense his leadership qualities. He was impressive then and as one can see in his obit he continued throughout his life as a community leader. Thanks, Scott, for being an influential part of my life. May you rest in peace.

I love you so much. You were, and will continue to be, so much more than my dad. You are my best friend, my hero, and I will always cherish you. I know this isnt the life you would have chosen for me... but I would choose it every time. I will miss you everyday and will feel your presence with every beat of my heart. RIP daddy until we meet again

Scott's family. Scott and I were classmates and friends for almost 50 years. He was a very special person who would do almost anything for a friend or the Citadel. He inspired us to love our school as much as he did. I will miss him here on earth until we are reunited in heaven. My the Dear Lord hold you in His Hand and comfort you....God Bless...Pep- "I" Company- '70

Beth, Alissa, and Kelly, my heart aches for each of you and for your children who have lost their wonderful grandfather so soon after losing their beloved grandmother. Know that you will always be in my thoughts whenever memories of your dad come to mind. All things Citadel will forever keep his memory alive. We had so much fun on RV trips following the Bulldogs!
I regret that I will be over a thousand miles away on my previously scheduled cross country drive at the time of Scott's service. However, Bill will be there to deliver my hugs for each of you.
