To the entire family of PM Rufus Dilligard, who was held in high esteem by all of his friends. More especially, I remember his superintendending me as I became a member of Nehmeiah Lodge #51, many years ago. He was compassionate and friendly and would never lead you wrong. May the blessings of the Lord be upon members of the family.
Yours in His service,
Rev.Charles H. & Dorothy S. Brown

To the Dilligard family I send my condolence and prayers to you during your lost of a great and noble man. I met Mr. Dilligard through a family member Alonzo Haynes. He later became a mentor and instructor along with Elmore Sims. As I continued my travel through the masonic lodge he was always there over my shoulder mentoring and correcting! I will miss him and so will you!! Keep your head to the sky!! God bless!!
