Bob was one of the first people I met at the College of Charleston and I will never forget him. Right away, he reached out to me and we became friends. He was one of the kindest, funniest, passionate, most down-to-earth people I have ever met. He was a wonderful person to talk with and I trusted him completely. With his help, we were able to do a few good things for the CofC community; I missed him sorely when he left.
When I saw today's tribute, I had to join you in saying how much I miss him and how glad I was to be able to know him just a little bit and to be able to work with him to make things just a little bit better for everyone on campus.
