Riley Paige Karrio Charleston - Riley Paige Karrio, 6, of Charleston, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, May 15, 2022. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2022 at Seacoast Church - West Ashley, 2049 Savannah Highway, at 11:00 am. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. West Ashley Chapel. Riley was born May 14, 2016, the daughter of Nicole Ashley Mitchell and Daniel Charles Karrio. Riley was the brightest ray of sunshine and every person she met was changed for the better by her presence. She had a way of bringing light, laughter, and happiness to all who had the pleasure of meeting her. Riley had this incredible way of living every single day to the fullest, getting up early and staying up way too late because there was just too much to see and do each day. She had a heart of gold and was known for her contagious smile and the fierce fire that was lit inside of her. She was fun loving, spunky, sassy, independent, and just the sweetest human you could have even been blessed to know. She loved everyone and everything and would tackle hug everyone she saw. She was a lover of bugs, dirty bare feet, and all animals. She marched to her own beat and never let the world change her. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her maternal great-grandmother, Ingeborg Francisca Mitchell, paternal great-grandmother, Barbara Marie Kausie; grandparents, Wanda Rae Cutter and Lavell Donnell Mitchell, and her paternal grandmother, Roxanne Marie Billing and her husband, Jonathan Reginald Billing; maternal uncles, Ian Donnell Mitchell and Aren Lavell Mitchell; maternal cousins, Landon Bryce Mitchell, Ruhani Ava Randall, and Avani Jadyn Flores; and a plethora of extended family, friends, and neighbors. Riley's love touched everyone she knew and strangers instantly became her chosen family. Her sudden passing has truly shook the world.
