Raymond Brown Obituary

Dear Eddie,
We are so sorry about Ray's passing. We had some great dinners together over the last several years. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and we will celebrate Ray's life soon with a dinner out. The Friday night he passed Jeremy playe at Stratford High football game in the band, so Ray got to see him in spirit! Ray was such a caring person. With all our love and friendship,

We are so sorry to hear about Ray's passing, wish we'd known to be able to attend his funeral. Our family knew Ray since his freshman year at the Citadel as Bailey's roommate. Ray spent alot of time at our home and was a good person. Our thoughts and prayers are with everybody who knew him.

Dear Eddie and Ray Brown Family,
We are so saddened by Ray's passing and we pray for his eternal peace and happiness. May God help you all at this most difficult time. We will miss Ray's frequent calls to Texas and his wonderful humor; he always made us laugh! Ray was a wonderful Citadel brother who touched so many lives. We will truly miss him, Joe ("H" Company, Citadel '66) and Nancy Seremet.

We will miss you Ray and all your visits to us in Hilton Head. It is very hard to believe this has happened but you will always be remembered fondly.

Eddie, I am so heartsick over the loss of Ray, I can't begin to tell you. Ray has been a dear friend of mine for almost 24 years, and he will be missed more than anyone can imagine. My thoughts and prayers are with you and with Ray's family. I pray God will keep you strong and see you through this very difficult time.

Eddie, I am so sorry to learn of Ray's death. It leaves me with a sad heart. You have my deepest sympathy. Reeves, Ray and I have been friends for years and years. We so enjoyed one another. Keep in touch. Aileen

I am very grateful to have known such a wonderful person for such a long time. I have so many good memories and had many great times with Ray. It goes all they way back to "My Preference", Ray's 31' Wellcraft. Then "Cantabile".
Ray will be missed by me as well as many lives he touched over the years. Ray, thank you for almost 30 years of friendship. Rest in Peace. Go with God. We will meet again!
