Mr. Singleton is the son of the late Mr. Edward and Mrs. Annie Singleton, the father of Ms. Judy McWille of Brooklyn, NY, Ms. Roselyn Valentine of Richmond Hills, NY, Ms. Margo Singleton of Brooklyn, NY, Ms. Paula Best of Colonia, NJ, Ms. Rhona Christmas of Woodbridge, NJ; the brother of Ms. Annabelle Ravenel of Awendaw, SC, Mrs. Lucille Clinton (William) of Baltimore, MD, Ms. Geneva S. Hutchinson of Awendaw, SC, Ms. Margaret S. Brown of Awendaw, SC, Ms. Bernice S. Friendly of Shulerville, SC, Reverend Charles Singleton (Jeannette P.) of Awendaw, C, Ms. Alethia S.
