HOWARD, Odis Entered into eternal rest on the morning of November 26, 2007, Odis Ray Howard, widower of Darleen June Faile Howard. Residence, North Charleston, South Carolina. All services will be private. Mr. Howard was born June 2, 1943 in Decoy, Kentucky, a son of Walter Howard and Arzonia Combs Howard. He was a Commercial Contractor, United States Army Vietnam War Veteran and a member of the VFW Post #445. Surviving are his son, Jerry R. Howard and his wife Sheri of Ft.
