John, Edward and Caroline - Words cannot express our deep sorrow at MR's passing; she was truly a most remarkable woman. We still have fond memories of us being neighbors at Ft. Mason in San Francisco. Please accept our most sincere condolences.

John, I was saddened to read of Mary Becca's death. So many memories of the hours the three of us spent together working on The Sphinx came flooding over me. I knew from that moment what a remarkable and special person Mary Becca was and that the two of you were a match made in Heaven. It was so good to see both of you at the 30th reunion. Please know that Pam's and my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Spearman family, we enjoyed the brief time we spent visiting with you in Kingstree a few years back. Mary Rebecca was so hospitable and pleasant after a day of horseback riding. We are so sorry for your loss and will keep in you in our prayers.

MR was a second mother to me in many different states, and I will never forget the things that she has taught me through out the years. I saw her help my family as well and could not thank her enough for being there when we were going through rough times in our lives. She always had a way of understanding and being there for everyone she came across. She was a real inspiration to me and someone who I looked up to.
