Mary Carter is fondly remembered as a special lady. Words like supportive, loving, caring, hard working, sincere, sweet and fun are words I would use to describe her, as I observed her as a wife, mother, grandmother, and special friend to me who invested in, and was always so proud of her family. She will be missed. Beth, the children and I offer our sincere condolences to a wonderful family that we love and respect.
