Dear Shirl
These are just some quotes I thought would be fitting for your reading.
You and your family are in my prayers.
Don't ask us if we miss him
There's such a vacant place
Often we think we hear his footsteps
And see his smiling face
Days of sadness still come over us
Tears in silence often flow
Memory keeps him with us
Though he left us a few days ago
In our homes he is fondly remembered
Sweet memories cling to his name
Those who loved him in life sincerely
Love him in death just the same
-------------------------------
If tears could build a stairway
And memories were a lane
We would walk right up to heaven
And bring you back again
No farewell words were spoken
No time to say goodbye
You were gone before we knew it
And only God knows why
Our hearts still ache in sadness
And secret tears still flow
What it meant to lose you
No one can ever know
But now we know you want us
To mourn for you no more
To remember all the happy times
Life still has much in store
Since you'll never be forgotten
We pledge to you today
A hallowed place within our hearts
Is where you'll always stay
Rest In Peace Angel

May God continue to keep and bless you all. Mr. Dingle was both coach and mentor to myself and the other members of the football team at Cainhoy High School. He will be missed. Please forgive this late passage-and know that it comes with our love and prayers.

My deepest condolences to the Dingle Family during this time of bereavement. My family and I hope and pray that your family will be blessed with the knowledge that he is now without pain and is in the house of the Lord.
Coach Dingle was my coach in High School. He definately played a profound affect on my life. In the game of football like in the game of life, there are challenges and obstacles to overcome. In order to reach those objectives you have to come together as a team in order to achieve the goals of winning. He enstilled those traits in me as well many others who had the opportunity to play under him. I am personally touched and thankful that I had the chance to know him and learn from him as well. I will never forget Coach Dingle. He was an excellent coach, teacher, brother (F&AM), and mentor, but most importantly, he was a good man.
Sincerely,
The Smalls Family of Charleston/Huger, S.C.

My deepest condolences to the Dingle family during this period of bereavement. I pray that God continually bless this family with the knowledge and assurance that one day (very soon), you will meet again with your husband, father, brother, and son in glory with the Lord.
Mr. Dingle was an excellent teacher and coach at Cainhoy High School and made a lasting impression on my life. I only wish I could have told him that personally. I will never forget Mr. Dingle, our teacher and coach.
Sincerely,
The Smalls Family of Jacksonville, Fla. & Cora Lee and Harold Smalls of Huger, S.C.

Dear Dingle Family,
I am deeply sadden of the death of coach Dingle. He was a mentor to me. Hired me to coach with him at C.E.Murray. After I spent one year with him he was responsible for me moving to Florida and coach due to his good reference. I often had phone conversation with him and would come by to visit whenever I am home in Forty-one. He always encouraged me and we would have good conversations. The last time I spoke to him was back in August when I got my first head coaching job. He said he knew I would do well. He told me to take care of my family and raise my to sons right. Those words I will always keep near to me. I will truly miss him, my mentor and my friend. To your family from mine, take care and keep your hands in God's hand.

To the Dingle Family. I am deeply sadended with your lost. Coach Dingle was a great inspiration to a lot of young men who didn't have a father in their lives. He would always find time in his busy scheduled to chat with you. Many times when I was far far away from home, he even told me to call him collect. Marvin Dingle an Saint Stephen legend.

Hi Pastor Shirley & Children,
I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your loved one, Marvin Dingle. When I arrived home yesterday, Mom (Helen K Eadie) told me about it and I was shocked. I'm glad I was able to come by to visit you on last night, just to let you know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. You are a strong woman in the faith, so stay strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Keep on the whole armour of God all the days of your life. God bless you all.
