Martha Blocker WAYLAND, MA - Martha Brackett Blocker passed away on March 8, 2024, in Wayland, MA. She was former longtime resident of Edisto Island, SC. Born in Pickens, SC, on June 13, 1933, to the late Newton C and Julia (Hopkinson) Brackett. Beloved wife of the late Derrick Blocker. Devoted mother of Jim Blocker and his wife, Shannon, of Westmoreland, KS, Julia Egan and her late husband, David, of Waltham, MA. Sister of the late Newton C. Brackett, II. Also survived by 2 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Service and Interment Private.
