Marion Davis Obituary

Marion Pinckney Davis Cameron, SC - Marion Pinckney Davis, 70, of Cameron, South Carolina, husband of Shawn Forbes Davis, entered into eternal rest Sunday, August 22, 2021. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Downtown Chapel. Marion was born October 31, 1950, in Charleston, South Carolina, son of the late Frank Odell Davis and Frances Heaton Davis. He was the former co-owner of Davis & Doscher Construction and former member of the Charleston Exchange Club. Marion grew up on the waters of the lowcountry and enjoyed spending his time with family and friends, boating, fishing, and shrimping. He is survived by his wife, Shawn Davis of Cameron, SC; two sons: Marion Pinckney Davis, Jr. (Ashley) of Mt. Pleasant, SC, and Thad Wilson of Cameron, SC; two daughters: Allison Davis of Mt. Pleasant, SC, and Mikael Grammer (Danny) of Cross, SC; two brothers: Wade Heaton Davis (Anne) of James Island, SC, and Lee Wimberly Davis (Becca) of Johns Island, SC; and eight grandchildren: Isabel, Lily, Gabe, Madison, Chase, Weston, Mason and Wesley.
