Lora A. Harper Charleston - Lora A. Harper, 67, of Charleston, SC, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, May 12, 2021, after an extended illness. Her burial will be private. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., West Ashley Chapel, 3360 Glenn McConnell Pkwy., Charleston, SC 29414. Born January 5, 1954, in Alexandria, LA, she was the daughter of the late Hayward B. Harper and Vera F. Harper. Lora earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration form Jacksonville State University, and retired from Civil Service after working in Charleston, SC, Philadelphia, PA, Anniston, AL, and Heidelberg, Germany. She attended Old St. Andrews Parish Church in Charleston. Lora is survived by her brother, Dennis Harper of North Charleston, SC.
