Leon Simmons BRONX, NY - Entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, February 1, 2012, Mr. Leon Simmons of Bronx, NY, formerly of Tibwin section of McClellanville, SC. Former husband of Clara Weathers. Father of Calvin (Faye) Singleton of Sumter, SC, Bradford Lee Simmons of Middletown, NY and Dawn Lynell Simmons of Goose Creek, SC. Grandfather of Nya Wright, Carzelle Singleton, Alexis Singleton and five great-grandchildren. Brother of Banov Simmons and Harriet Simmons both of New York, NY, several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 12, 2012, at 3:00 p.m. at Tibwin A.M.E. Church, 9432 Highway 17 North, McClellanville, SC. Interment, private.
