HOLMES, Lena The relatives and friends of Ms. Lena Holmes are invited to attend her funeral services on Tuesday, May 1, 2007, 11:00 a.m., at Vanderhorst Memorial CME Church, 66 Hanover Street, Charleston, S.C. Final resting place: Pine Cemetery, White Hall, SC. Ms. Holmes is survived by her son, Mr. Alex J. Holmes; grandchildren; nieces and nephews, Ms. Sharon Holmes, Mr. Gerald Holmes, Mr. Joseph Holmes, Mrs. Hattie Sanders (Bobby), Mr. Tyrone Holmes (Teresa), Mr. Alex Holmes, Jr. (Shavelle) and Mrs. Glenda Ladson (Gordon); other relatives and friends. Viewing for Ms. Holmes will be Monday, April 30, 2007, from 12:00 noon to 5:30 p.m. at the William Smith Memorial Chapel, Charleston, SC, and from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the church.
