I always enjoyed talking with Lawrence as he worked next door to my house. He was always cheerful no matter what the circumstances were in his life at that time. I remember how fondly he spoke of his family and especially his grandson. I will miss him very much. May he find peace in the arms of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Ellaine DeVane

On behalf of Celeste, Sterling & the Williams Brothers and Sisters of Mcclellanville, SC we offer our sincere condolences to the family of Lawerence Singleton Jr. as well as these words of comfort: We little knew that day, that God was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone. For part of us went with you, the day God called you home. You left us with peaceful memories, your love is still our guide. Although we cannot see you, you are always in our thoughts. The family chain is broken, and nothing will be the same. But as God calls us one by one the chain will link again..You will be sorely missed, so go ahead "COACH", TEACHER & MR. DJ and TAKE YOUR REST. WITH DEEPEST SYMPATHY "THE WILLIAMS CLAN".

Larry Singleton III and family:
Trials dark on every hand,
and we cannot understand
all the ways of God would lead us
to that blessed promised land;
but he guides us with his eye,
and we'll follow till we die,
for we'll understand it better by and by.
(Refrain)
May these words bring you comfort in this hour...
