Kenneth Bernard Coaxum Sr. N. CHARLESTON - The relatives and friends of Mr. Kenneth Bernard Coaxum invite you to join with them as they celebrate the life of their loved one on Monday, September 23, 2013, 11:00 a.m., at Calvary Baptist Church 620 Rutledge Ave. Charleston, SC. Interment: Hillcrest Cemetery. Mr. Coaxum is survived by his wife, Mrs. Gwendolyn Johnson-Coaxum, his children, Mrs. Dawndra Buggs-Hamilton (Eric), Mrs. Carona Coaxum-Rowe (William), Ms. Kimberly Coaxum and Mr. Kaonte Coaxum; his siblings, Mr. Leroy Coaxum (Shirley), Mr. Christopher Coaxum, Jr. (Cassandra), Mr. Oscar Coaxum (Patricia), Mrs. Delores Lawrence (Robert), Mrs. Orabelle Williams (Kenneth), and Ms. Denise Pope; 13 grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. Viewing for Mr. Coaxum will be on Sunday, September 22, 2013, from 2:30 - 5:00 p.m., at Dickerson Mortuary, LLC., and from 6:00-8:00 p.m., at Calvary Baptist Church. There will not be a family hour. Mr. Coaxum was a friend of my granny i met months ago.. he was a very sweet soft spoken man.. he always joked wit my one year old son about cuttin his hair for the first time, my boy wasnt havent dat..
