She had an energy that was unbelievable! Our activity meetings are just not the same without her...She always had ideas about different things to do for our AAI family with hopes that everyone would enjoy the function, whatever it may be. She told people what she thought and that was just who she was (and what I miss). She helped me many times here at AAI, since the first day I started. I will always remember Joyce as being a hard working, independent lady, but also a kind hearted, caring person. I miss her everyday.

Joyce was our Big Sister in the C-17 Group at AAI. She was the very first person to greet us every day of work. I'm sure that she is watching over us from above.

A sweet gesture from a sweet lady.

As a member of the USAF C-17 Trainer Development Team, I had the the distinct pleasure of knowing Joyce. She always went out of her way to make me feel welcome and appreciated during my visits to AAI Corporation. She surprised me with a balloon and birthday cake during our trainer design review back in March. That balloon has unbelievably remained afloat in my home after all this time. The memory of her kindness will remain close my heart long after that balloon comes to rest. I will miss you Joyce.

Joyce was very supportive of the Air Force Team. We already miss her and hope that Angels are ministering to her as she did to us.
