Joseph E. Roche JAMES ISLAND - Joseph E. Roche went to his heavenly father on January 10, 2023 after a long illness. Joe married his high school sweetheart, Laura, and they had a loving partnership for forty-four years. Joe earned his Master's Degree in Social Work and Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He was a life-long supporter of the Michigan Wolverines. His professional life was as a Healthcare Executive and president of a large national health system. Joe was known as a man of deep faith and integrity. He touched many lives with his kindness and compassion. Joe leaves his wife, Laura, two sons, Matthew (Marjon) and Brian, his brother-in-law, Paul, his mother, Helen, his sister, Mary Kaye (Jay), his five grandchildren, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
