Jonathan Diamond Obituary

Jonathan Diamond HANAHAN - Our beloved son, Jonathan Michael Diamond, joined the management staff of the Heavenly Bond on Monday, November 14, 2011. Born in Charleston, he was the son of Michael Diamond and Margaret Pamela Martin. He was the owner and operator of Newtone Management and a waiter at Tristan's Downtown. Surviving Johnny are his mother Pamela Diamond and finace'Cliff Inabnett; father, Michael Diamond and wife Gene Sowards Diamond; brother, Jason Diamond and his finacee' Heather lark of Hanahan; girlfriend, Alexis Gist; four step-sisters, Becca Swords, of Goose Creek, Kelly Ahrens and husband Brandon, of Summerville, Krissy Underwood and husband Mason of Goose Creek, and Jennifer Ford and husband David of Ladson. He is also survived by an uncle, Warren Martin of Greenville; three aunts, Elisa Whitmire and husband Tim of Fountain Inn, Lynn Diamond and Husband John Etheridge of Marietta, GA and Mary Ward of Smyrna, GA, along with grandparents, John and Jeanell Diamond of Sandersville Ga; cousins, Tracy Morgan and Cindi Martin of Orange County California, Christie and Kari Ward of Atlanta, Ga, Suzan Kleckley of Charleston, SC, Leigh Martin Stringer of Lyman, SC; Jeremy Martin and Jacob Whitmire of Fountain Inn,SC; His best friends Kenny Skipper, Eric Bass, Mark Bryan of Hootie and the Blowfish, Christina Corsino, Reid Hunter, Esq',The Crowfield Band and Heyrocco band. And in memory of those loved ones who have gone before, Maternal Grandparents Ernest Henry and Notre Dame Martin, Uncle Dick and Uncle Doc Martin. A memorial service will be held at St. Luke's Chapel 181 Ashley Avenue Charleston, SC on Novemeber 20, 2011 at 3 PM. A reception will be held at the Music Farm after the service. Details will be posted on Jonathan Diamond's Facebook page. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Victory Christian Church, 521 Goose Creek Blvd., Goose Creek, SC 29445 or the Johnny Diamond Memorial Fund at any Suntrust Bank. Mr. Mike and Family,

I am so sorry to learn of your loss. Though it has been many years since I have spoke or seen Jonathan, I always look back with fond memories of childhood times with him. My family and I have you in our prayers and thoughts. Know that he is with God, and that God is with you.
