Dear Mama,
I decided to write this letter to you from us since you have gone on to be with God. Tomorrow will be our first Mother's Day without you. Mama, we didn't say it as often as we should have but we want you to know that we love you. We thank you for being the best mom you could be. We appreciate everything that you have done for us. We are so fortunate to have had you as our mother. Mama, thank you for always being available for us. We always knew where you were. Sylvia went to nursing school, Vernon, Thomas and I went to college. The others went into the milatary and you were still there for us. You helped each and every one of us through our trials and tribulations. Even as adults you never stopped being our mother. You continued to guide and advise us. We didn't always agree with your advice but we know now that your advice was always given with love. We were not perfect children. We thank God for your prayers that have kept us in his care all these years. We are so blessed to have had a caring and praying mother. We thank God for taking care of you and keeping you all these years. Thanks for your encouragement! Thank you for helping us to become who we are today. We can only hope and pray that our children and grand-children will appreciate us as much as we appreciate you. Mama, THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! We love you! We will surely miss you. Happy Mother's Day!

To Emmy & Family,
God is the resurrection and the life; he who believes in Him, though he die, yet shall he live, and whoever lives and believes in God shall never die. John 11:25-26. Your Mother my second mother has arrived safely to our Heavenly Father. I know God has told her that He is satisfied with her life long service. Please share in the comfort of knowing her life wasn't lived in vain. May God continue to bless your family. Jesse & Cassandra Salters

Andrea, Troy & The Casey Family:
Look towards the hills from whence cometh your help and know that your help comes from the LORD. Think of the good times and years spent with Mother Casey. God is a just God, and he is too wise to make a mistake. Know that she is in a better place where there is no more pain and suffering. You have my deepest Sympathy and I will keep you and your family in my constant prayers. Be Blessed.

Warm Summer Sun
Warm summer sun,
Shine kindly here,
Warm southern wind,
Blow softly here.
Green sod above,
Lie light, lie light.
Good night, dear heart,
Good night, good night.
