What a great guy! We were only together for 3 short years as classmates in the same company at The Citadel. When I think back, it seems like only yesterday that I can see his smiling face and hear his delightful laughter; and wish we could do it all over again.

My sincere condolences to the entire Webb family. Jim and I were co-captains of the '66 Citadel baseball team, some of the best times of my life. Regretfully, because of where I live, I seldom saw or spoke with him. One thing is sure - Jim was a good teammate, a good man, and a patriot.
