To all of the Smyly family:we are praying for all of you to be lifted at this sad and difficult time. Like his father, Jimmy was a kind and special person. Many fond memories of an older cousin. We loved him.

Jim was a very helpful, generous and smart Gentleman, he taught me a great deal about chemistry at A&W. Good bye ole buddy, rest in peace.

I went to high school with Jimmy at Chicora. That was a long time ago, but those were good years, and I have known Glenda for over thirty years. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Larry Davis

Glenda and Family,
I am so sorry to hear of Jim's passing. We all drift apart as we retire, get younger and move away but I have fond memories of you both and I will pray that You and your family have God's Blessing as you move forward in life.

Mrs. Glenda and Jim - yesterday was a very sad day for me as I read the news of the death of your Husband. Actually-I was with James several times when we were receiving Chemo Infusion. The last I remembered was that James was in remission. Our hope is that James is in the Lord's hands and that our Lord will keep you close to Him and his love.
Glenda and Jim - may our Lord be with each of you.
