Jacqueline "Jackie" Littlefield Kinsey Florence, SC - Mrs. Jacqueline" Jackie" Littlefield Kinsey, 88, passed away, Sunday, May 15, 2022, at The Manor in Florence, SC. Jackie was born September 20, 1933, in Nashville, Tennessee, to Horace Chaplain Littlefield and Josephine Williams Littlefield. Jackie was predeceased by her parents; her first husband, Arnold Graham; and her brother, Chappie Littlefield. Mrs. Kinsey is survived by her husband, Joe; her daughter, Mary Jo Burgess (Jim); her step-daughter, Laura Heath (Tootie); her sons, Arnie Graham (Darlene), Reese Graham (Teresa), and Chris Graham (Amy); her step-son, Michael Kinsey (Dana); granddaughters, Louise Burgess, Taylor Graham, and Brittany Altman (Rodney); grandsons, Graham Burgess (Susanna), Reid Graham (Kristal), Carson Graham, and Barrett Graham; step-granddaughter, Katie Kinsey; step-grandsons, Stewart Heath (Maddie) and JC Heath; five great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Margie Littlefield; many special nieces and nephews. She attended Kingstree High School and Columbia College. She was very active in the Lake City United Methodist Church and was a dedicated volunteer with Meals on Wheels. She was an active member of the Margaret Gregg Gordon DAR in Kingstree, SC. Graveside services for Mrs. Kinsey will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at Graham Cemetery, Cleveland Road, Scranton, South Carolina, directed by Carolina Funeral Home, Scranton, South Carolina. The family extends special thanks to Jackie's sitters, the many nurses, doctors, MUSC Health in Lake City, SC, administrative staff of The Manor, Pruitt Hospice, and McLeod Hospice, who made her life the best it could be for the past three years. Memorials may be made to the Lake City United Methodist Church, PO Box 818, Lake City, SC 29560.
