To the Family of Jack Carter,

It was a pleasure to care for Jack while he lived here at Coastal Center. He had a wonderful sense of humor, always smiling, and he loved us as much as we loved him. May you all be comforted in the knowledge that he will be missed immensely, and that he brought joy to those of us who worked with him. We love you Jack!!
