Dear Donny,
Sincere condolences on your Mother's passing. She is a beautiful lady -- having lost all four of my family, I have learned to use the present tense when referring to our loved ones in heaven -- they're alive in the present tense, they're just not here on earth. So, it just feels right to refer to them in the present tense. May God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit and our church family be with you as you grieve her loss. In Christian love, Nancy
