Greg Peralta Obituary

David,
We were very sad to hear of the death of your father and have been thinking of you and Pennie. Mr. Peralta was a remarkable man who demonstrated great love for, and devotion to, his native land as well as the United States. He was a member of "the greatest generation" to whom we all owe a debt of gratitude for the freedoms we enjoy today.
May the Lord pull you through these tough times and give you peace.

To Mrs Peralta, Dave, Greg, Chris, and Cathy and their families. I was so saddened to read about the loss of your husband and father. I remember many a wonderful time while visiting your home. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I have so many fond memories of your beloved dad. You and I spent so much time together during our childhood that he was like my second dad. I loved him too.

He was such a unique individual, always sharing his talents of cooking, fishing, gardening and ballroom dancing with others. And what a dedicated family man he was! That’s evident in the strong bond between all your family members. Love of family … it’s his wonderful legacy to each of you.

Hold dear the precious memories of happy times spent together. May they uplift your heavy heart as you remember and honor his life so well lived.

As you walk this path of sorrow, may it comfort you to know caring friends will be walking with you.

Mrs. Perralta, Chris and Steve, David and Pennie, Greg and Amy, and Cathy and Greg,
We are so sorry to hear about Mr. Perralta's death. Of all his acccomplishments, he treasured his loving family the most. What a loving family he leaves behind. Thanks for being like family to us. We will miss him too. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

I knew that he retired from the Navy, but I did not know that he served 30 years in the Navy. He is a patriot of our great nation as well as of our original homeland of The Philippines. Finally, he is the father of a terrific family. That is a lot to have accomplished in his lifetime, and I am sure he is blessed to be with our Lord this day.

I think the last time I saw him was in his backyard several years ago. My mom asked me to go there to pick up some vegetables. He was always such a good gardener, and their back yard was really amazing. The variety of plants was awesome.
