Frank "Sunny" Rouse CHARLESTON - Mr. Frank "Sunny" Rouse, 84, of Charleston, SC, husband to the late Margaret Elizabeth Rouse, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, April 15, 2023. Mr. Rouse was the father of Kenneth Dilligard, Frank Tuner (Jennifer), Gwendolyn Smith, Latisha Parson (Leon), I'Eka Riddy (Samuel), Vanity Rouse, Crystal Rouse, Erica Rouse, and Anastacia Huggins, his honorary daughter; siblings, Alma White and William Rouse (Helen); nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Public viewing will be held Wednesday, April 19, 2023, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at The Palmetto Mortuary, Inc. The family will be at the funeral home to receive friends at 6:00 pm. A funeral service will be held Thursday, April 20, 2023, at 11:00 am in Greater Goodwill A.M.E. Church, 2818 Hwy. 17 N, Mt Pleasant, SC 29466. Burial in the church cemetery.
