Frances Rumph N. CHARLESTON - Mrs. Frances Simmons Rump,h of North Charleston, SC, entered into eternal rest on September 26, 2023. Mrs. Rumph was the daughter of the late Issac Simmons and Rebecca Walker Simmons, the wife of the late Theodore Rumph, the mother of; Adrienne Gist (Donald), Elaine Harris, Ronald Rumph, Johnny Ray Rumph and Wendell Jerome Rumph (Faye), the sister of Nora Palmer, the grandmother of DeAndrea G. Benjamin (Steve), the late Donald Gist (Cynthia), Antoine Harris, S. Nicole Middleton (Clay), Deyna R. Rumph, Dr. Ashlye Wilkerson (Kobie) and Antoinette Harris. The Home Going Service will take place on Monday, October 2, 2023, 11:00 AM at St. Peters AME Church, 4650 Sanders Ave., N. Charleston, SC.
