Frances "Blossie" was one of those special residents of Canterbury House, Charleston that I will always remember. I still have and use her cheese biscuit recipe

I knew Frances who lived at Canterbury House while I was on staff there. She was a lovely Christian lady with a quick wit and a delightful sense of humor. She had lived at Canterbury before I went to work there but had left to live with her daughter's family. After a few years with her daughter's family, she was back with her Canterbury family and friends. She made the best cheese biscuits which she shared at Christmas and I still have her recipe. Frances "Blossie" will be sadly missed by all of her many friends at the Canterbury House where she lived for many years. She was a dear woman, a beautiful seamstress and made the best cheese biscuits that she shared with her friends and families at Christmas. Our hearts and prayers are with the family. Peggy Pye
