BENJAMIN, Florence The relatives and friends of Mrs. Florence C. "Florie" Benjamin are invited to attend her funeral services on Friday, May 26, 2006, 11:00 a.m. at Morris Brown AME Church, 13 Morris Street, Charleston, SC. Interment will be at the church cemetery. Mrs. Benjamin is survived by her son, Samuel W. Brown (Patrice); her grandson, Mr. Devin Brown, and Mr. Kenneth Brown (Stacie); her sisters, Mrs. Anna Wilson and Mrs. Susie Meyers; grand and great-grand-nieces, , Mrs. Delores M. Whaley, Mrs. Joan A. Russell (Russ), Mrs. Dawn B. Maxwell (Michael), and Ms. Brandis Russell; her cousin, Ms. Mary Mears; a devoted caretaker, Mrs. Margaret Grant (Alfred); nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Viewing for Mrs. Benjamin will be at the William M. Smith Memorial Chapel, 2 Radcliffe Street, Charleston, SC on Thursday, May 25, 2006 from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. There will be no family hour.
