My sweet cousin. She was my mother Josephine Wright Smalls from Petersfield cousin on her dad (Dan Wright, Sr) from Edisto Island then of Downtown Charleston). Ancestors: Ben Campbell, Abe and Virginia Warren-Wright. Mom and her were so close as well as with Cousin Gladys who was Double first cousin to my mother.

Though her spirit has departed to be with the LORD, your memories of yester years will continue to live forevermore. May thine words continue to be a lamp unto thy feet and a light unto thy path. As the shadows of the dark clouds pass over and while you go though this storm be assured that your brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus are praying for you and your entire family.

No bond is as great as that between a parent and child. My deepest condolences are with you as you grieve.

Sorry about the loss of your mother. I can feel your pain because I too loss my mother Aug. 2006. Keep your family together as I know you have always done. There is strength in numbers. I am Laura's friend from New York. I know Jack and probably Bea remember me. I have a sick grandchild that is why I couldn't make the wake or the funeral.
