Please accept my condolences. I worked with Elsa for many years at the Post and Courier in the Classified Advertising Department. We spoke on the phone several times since she retired. I remember her as such a sweet lady and so nice to work with. She was a very special person and I will remember her always.

I was so sorry to hear about Elsa-
My mother, Phyllis Harley, is currently in the hospital so was unable to attend the funeral. We were just talking about your mother last week- Momma told me that she and Elsa had talked on the phone for about 2 hours-I am so glad they were able to visit, even if it was just by phone. I remember your mother well. She as always so kind and sweet- I don't know if any of you remember me but we lived across the street from you on Pitt and Friend(many years ago). Then we moved to Hobcaw, not for long, and then back to Pitt St. Beth is more of my age. We used to play together with Penny Cart and the Howe twins! I just wanted you to know that I am sorry for your loss and that my thoughts and prayer are with your family.
